Building strength is not as simple as we might think.
It's not JUST about flattening your abs or toning your arms, but also building deep stability from all angles—and it starts with proper alignment.
Habits, injuries, repetitive movements etc. take their toll on the body and can result in misalignments, muscular imbalances, compensation patterns and pain. Think of it like a game of Jenga: when the blocks stack up evenly, you can build a pretty high and sturdy structure. However, when just a few blocks are slightly out of place (picture some edges sticking out), stability is compromised, which means it won’t be long before that tower comes crashing down. We see the big picture and commit to helping you achieve your optimal aligment and freedom of movement through the Pilates method and Iyengar yoga.
